1. Privacy of information disclosure

If required to do so by law in good faith belief.
2. Accountability for advertising content
The user is legally and solely responsible for the content of the advertisement placed on the classified-ads.ph website. The user is obliged to provide complete true and correct information about their person, contact details and must provide sufficient description in regard to the advertisement being placed. The user agrees to place their advertisement under the correct category within the website classified-ads.ph. reserve the rights to move advertisement to more appropriate category. The placement of duplicated ads on the website is prohibited.
Prohibition for the classified-ads user includes::
* Conducting business in dishonest or deceptive manner.
* Spreading deceitful information related to politics, social issue or matter of public concern.
* Violating the rights of third party.
* Spamming and posting chain letters.
* Using virus(es) and other technical items that may cause damage to classified-ads.ph
* Causing excessive burden on the classified-ads infrastructure and the smooth running operation of classified-ads.ph website.
* Copying, duplicating, modifying or distributing the content of other advertisement.
* Collecting information from other user such as email addresses from the site itself or from other users without the approval of the user.
* Pornographic or lascivious exhibition of genital of any persons.
* Content that are abusive, libelous deformatory, that promotes violence, terorism illegal acts or hated on the ground of race ethnicity, cultural, identify, religious beliefs, gender identify. or sexual orientation is otherwise objectionable in classified-ads
* Ads that violates our prohibited terms of use, repeatedly use of the same photo, ads that do not contain words.
* Ads posted more than once with the same similar content
* Ads that intentionally posted in the wrong category.
* Ads that are written in an unsupported language
3. Notification of claims of infringement
If you believed that your work has been copied in a way that constitute copyright infringement or your intellectual property rights has been violated, please notify classified-ads.ph for notice or claims of copy right or other intellectual property infringement; classified-ads.ph will remove the infringement posted.
4. Paid posting
classified-ads.ph may charge a fee to post content in some areas of the service including maximum number of days that content will be retained by the service, maximum number and size of postings, email message and the frequency with which may access the service. You acknowledge that classified-ads.ph reserves the right at anytime to modify or discontinue the service with or without notice and that classified-ads.ph shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the service.
